The Division of Urology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, is recruiting a board certified/board eligible general urologist for a full-time faculty position. The successful candidate will have demonstrated strong clinical capabilities in the surgical care of patients with all types of urologic conditions. Responsibilities will include teaching, clinical and/or basic research, as well as patient care. The applicant may or may not be fellowship trained and will provide clinical care at the main medical center in Boston and community based clinical care centers. Academic appointment at Harvard Medical School, at the rank of Instructor or Assistant Professor, will be commensurate with experience, training and achievement in the field. Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a 672-bed hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center, is renowned for excellence in patient care, biomedical research, teaching and community service. Located in the heart of Boston's Longwood Medical and Academic Area, it hosts more than three quarters of a million patient visits annually in and around Boston.
